Continuous improvement for sustainable and repeatable performance focused on customer requirements

In PolFoll R&D process and control laboratories; new product development, process optimization and quality assurance activities are carried out simultaneously. With a customer-focused approach, formulations are meticulously designed in line with target metrics such as adhesion strength, barrier, wettability and heat resistance.

Process validation is performed with our pilot lamination and coating lines; variables such as different film/foil combinations, line speed, solids content and curing conditions are tested in a controlled experimental environment. Our products are evaluated in terms of food contact compliance, low odor and migration criteria.

Sustainability Focus

In our quality laboratory; viscosity, solids, peel/lamination strength, heat aging, solvent residue and optical measurements are performed regularly. Performance tracking is ensured with a batch-based traceability system and commissioning processes are managed with the technical support team in the field.

With a focus on sustainability; we continuously develop low-VOC systems, coatings compatible with recyclable structures and fast-curing technologies that increase process efficiency.
